When you stop BEING in parenting

I became a mother for the first time at the same time as I was studying Psychopedagogy. When my son was born, I wanted to apply ALL my knowledge, stimulate him, teach him and do everything I read in books.
After several attempts, I realized that the answer lies in letting BE. The best way to help my son's strengths grow was by letting him be, while I looked at him with curiosity to understand his BEING.
During that journey I began to ask myself, who am I? And I realized that I cannot simply be a list of qualities that society believes I "should have" because I have a child.
That's where I found Human Design, and I fell in love with this self-knowledge strategy to get back to the center of everything and find balance in my life. I began to redefine motherhood and connect with my natural instinct. I started doing what felt natural to me, and my motherhood began to feel fulfilling.
I used everything I learned on that path to create my program "Conscious Motherhood" , which you can enter right now and begin to live your motherhood and your life from a place of well-being.
